Humanity In Harmony Inc
Humanity in Harmony Inc. is an organization with a vision to catalyze individual healing that promotes lasting and transformational change. Rather than approaching through the mind or using behavioural modification, we understand that there is memory/energy held in the body (soma). We use somatic (body- centered) approaches to transform deeply held pain patterns in the body. Individuals develop self awareness, learn how to recognize and process any engrained, detrimental generational and/or cultural patterning. This process offers an experience of organic body intelligence and ultimately fosters empowerment, and in turn cultivates healthy relationships with self and others.
Humanity in Harmony Inc. is stewarded by Jaime Lowe who, with 24 years of experience and education in both eastern and western healthcare, is co-creating a world in which each human can ‘feel to heal’. We implement a truly compassionate approach, enabling us to offer it to ourselves and others with intention to create a sense of safety in our bodies, homes and communities. Each person learns to support themselves and embrace their unique place in the world, reconnecting with their authentic self and recognizing that they matter. Together, we come to honour ourselves as sovereign, essential, whole, and unique beings having a human experience. Transformation happens using somatic experiencing in one-on-one or group settings. We intuitively choose and implement additional modalities such as auricular medicine, astrology, massage, reiki, guided meditation and movement therapies such as yoga, dance, and qigong. This process invites and allows self awareness by connecting into the body.
Established in 2025, this project is rooted in a vision of deep, holistic healing. We offer a range of facilitation services, including in -person individual sessions, group retreats, and immersive events. In addition, thoughtfully curated online content extends outreach and supports ongoing engagement with the work.
Our approach guides participants back to the body, back to the soul-liberating the mind through embodied presence and spiritual alignment. This is a return to wholeness, where true healing begins. Evolving into healthy humans is a key point to our mission.
Jaime Lowe RMT
Born and raised in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. I am very empathetic and intuitive by nature, and a life-long learner. The thing that lights me up the most in the world is to see people getting well, going from suffering to thriving, feeling better and rising to their potential by truly knowing their innate worth and inner power to heal, if they so choose. I love to bring truth and life everywhere I go.
I have always been driven to help those in need, whether it is a friendly smile, or a respectful, listening ear in a meaningful coaching conversation, a healing touch, teaching the wisdom I have discovered with my own healing journey, providing pain relief with one of my healing modalities, or soulful singing with great people. I am a very passionate lightworker. Each person deserves, as a birthright, to know he/she has brilliance inside and each matters so much.
As a licensed member in good standing in The Massage Therapy and Wholistic Practitioners Association of the Maritimes, can direct bill for services.
I am an entrepreneur and first started a healing business in 2002, in Antigonish. Recently I relocated to the town of New Glasgow in Eastern Nova Scotia. I have over ten years of post-secondary education in various health fields, including; Nursing, Massage Therapy, two kinds of Acupuncture, Reiki, Cupping Massage, and Quantum Healing Coaching. I offer clinic sessions, group sessions, and online sessions.
Each client I see has a treatment plan that is as unique as they are, depending on what the desired outcome/ intention may be.
